Download Pass holders have up to 48 hours from the date of purchase to request a full refund. Once the refund is issued, the account is deactivated.

All single mp3/wav/video download purchases are non-refundable. CD purchases may be returned within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund minus the shipping cost.
